Banyalbufar is famous for its fertile marjades or terraces where the exclusive Malvasia wine has been produced for generations, as well as other products such as the well-known tomatoes Tomàtigues de Ramellet. The terraces shape the village into unique steps, running from the mountain to the water's edge. Unchanged for generations, the village has preserved the beautiful setting offering many spots just waiting to be discovered, as well as excursions.
